1. Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the TechSunset HR cloud software platform. By using the service or registering for a trial, you agree to these conditions.

2. Permitted Use

TechSunset HR is provided to help organizations track employee records, log attendance, review leave requests, execute onboarding workflows, and analyze workforce metrics. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all employee data entered complies with applicable labor regulations.

3. Non-Inclusion of Payroll Calculations

TechSunset HR provides operational workforce management and attendance visibility. It does not perform statutory payroll tax calculations, Provident Fund (PF), or ESI calculations in this version.
